Hiring a transfer company for the purpose of arranging any kind of trip has never been more accessible or easier. Having created their Internet presence, the great majority of coach companies are no further than a click or two away and more and more firms are taking their business to the web. It might seem unnecessary to some people to inquire about the kinds of vehicles the company uses, but it’s in reality the most important question of all. The reason is relatively simple – the age, type and general maintenance of the vehicle play a most important role in the safety of the passengers on-board and also in their comfort. So, this kind of information needs to be covered very clearly and extensively on the company’s website, but if a customer is in doubt, it’s crucial to contact them directly and ask. In the case they are not 100% satisfied and impressed by the firm’s vehicles, another provider needs to be sought.

Do You Have In-House Drivers?

A professional transfer company will always have their bank of experienced drivers that work exclusively for the firm and take care of every job when required. On the other hand, there are always those companies that like to outsource their driving needs to third parties, which sometimes can prove to be a real problem. The only way to build lasting professionalism is by keeping a constant pool of in-house drivers that the firm knows and can guarantee their general performance when a job arrives. Using only fully-licensed and qualified drivers is also a big must.

Can You Guarantee Your Prices?

Travelers should be aware that there is a pretty big difference between receiving a quote for a trip and a final price that is in every way guaranteed by the company. There are still many transfer companies out there that will charge the clients a much higher rate if, for example, the vehicle gets stuck in traffic or needs to take a different route than the one planned. This, nowadays, is absolutely unacceptable. The quote given upon booking should be always the price paid by the passengers, no matter what happens.

What Is Your Punctuality Casebook?

It might sound a bit of a superfluous question to ask, but any company with a solid punctuality casebook will be happy and able to both talk about it and present some kind of proof when needed. Punctuality can make or break the journey as it could be the difference between an individual catching their flight for their scheduled holiday and missing it and staying stuck at home. The importance of punctuality should be appreciated.

Can You Show Customer Feedback?

Another thing that needs to be easily available and prominently provided on the website is client feedback – the experiences and thoughts of passengers who have already tested the company’s services. If such feedback is not present, travelers need to ask some to be shown before making a booking, or to at least search for feedback on the Internet.

What Makes Your Firm Unique?

And last but not least important be sure to ask the transfer firm outright what it is that makes them unique, and why you should choose exactly them and not their rivals. If the company avoids the clichés and honestly states their advantages and strong points as in quantifiable and genuine answers, you have a good chance to be in the right hands.
