Getting stains out of your favourite clothing

There is nothing worse than your dream clothes piece getting stained and not knowing how to get rid of it.  The last thing that you would want is for your prized Ralph Lauren Menswear to be ruined. When you try to remove them, sometimes stains can only be made deeper, so these tips can guarantee you have the grime out for good.

Bye-Bye to Ink

Don’t worry if paint has blotted your top or skirt: there’s a way to quickly get rid of unfortunate stains. To dissolve it you can soak the stain with rubbing alcohol, or scrub it with milk until it runs clear.

The Red Wine stain.

You can use a tried and tested stain-removal technique if you have split red wine. Simply soak your shirt in water if you make a mess, then make a pouch using the cloth around the stain. Apply some cream of tartar  and tie the cloth securely. The shirt should then be cleaned as normal and the stain should fall off. You should also spray it with baking soda or salt if the stain is new, since this brings out the wine as the crystals soak it like a sponge.

To be Rid of Grease.

Grease stains can appear difficult to clean, but with a little bit of know-how and elbow grease, they will come off. Sprinkle corn starch on it and let the oil soak it up. The corn starch should then be rubbed down, and it can take the oil stain with it. Without destroying it, the corn starch essentially lifts the grease out of the cloth.
